Our Board of Directors and Board Committees, ons corporate policies, and core values of Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence guide ethical practices across our business and compliance with laws and regulations. Beyond our direct operations, Atkore strives to extend these principles to our supply chain.

Oversight of Atkore’s ESG matters rests with the Board of Directors, primarily through the Nominating & Governance Committee. Sustainability and ESG are integrated into decision-making and long-term strategy. The Committee periodically reviews Atkore’s ESG strategy, policies, and disclosures, and provides recommendations to management. The full Board receives regular updates and discusses ESG-related risks and opportunities, including those linked to climate change. Some directors bring professional ESG experience, adding valuable perspective to Atkore’s oversight and governance of sustainability priorities.

Atkore’s ESG Steering Committee, made up of senior management and subject matter experts, oversees the execution of our sustainability program, including climate-related strategies, and meets on a quarterly basis.
