Environment

Environmental stewardship is an important tenet of Atkore's business operations and our overarching ESG strategy. We are focused on improving our energy performance, minimizing our water consumption and impact on water resources, reducing waste from our business activities, and strategically addressing the implications of climate change for our business - including reducing our GHG emissions.

Our environmental objectives are supported by Atkore's Safety and Environment Management System (SEMS) and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability Policy, which set performance standards, drive improvement across our operations, and establish practices that enable us reach our goals.

Biodiversity and Land Stewardship

Atkore is committed to managing our sites in ways that support local ecosystems and responsible resource use. In FY2025, we undertook landscaping improvements at facilities, including replanting grass and native vegetation to enhance site aesthetics, support soil health, and improve biodiversity. These efforts contribute to water conservation by reducing irrigation needs and promoting more sustainable land management practices. While our operations have a limited direct impact on biodiversity, we continue to look for opportunities to integrate sustainable landscaping and resource efficiency into our facility management practices.
